Updated 3/4/2024 UPDATED AGAIN 14/4/2023 CLICK MOREvery unfortunate that this fantastic product has suffered a financial disagreement, we have been asking for an invoice for a over a month now original price quoted £1.079.99 all in, for fitting on a so called black Friday deal.They did a little extra work to plumb it in on the van water tank witch was fine, all day they were agreeing it would be a total of £1,250.00, that was supposed to include the deposit of £500 paid in January.So they have overcharged me £500 and I ended up overpaying up to £1,750 total.. Chased for an itemised invoice for weeks on end, They have now produced multiple invoices to muddy the water, so now forced to do a chargeback Oh dear.Don't have time for the back and fourth emails aggressively trying to increase the price after the fact... Yeah i would suggest caution with this company... They may try to overcharge you then be rude about it over emails... Other reviews seem to have had problems but I tend to give ppl the chance to set things right, that just has not happened here. Oh well bank will sort it out now I guess..Updated 14/4/2024owners reply is based on a lie no unloader valve was requested, when we arrived there, we spoke to Darren at great length whom insisted we have an a new unloader valve & a return to water tank mechanism installed, nothing about drain down valves was even mentioned during installation, Darren was asked for an invoice for the work four times throughout the day, instead he brushed us off & played with his phone, leaving his staff to do all the work & good work they did. ( their work has never been in question)Darren insisted we waited till the end of the day where Darren again claimed we would pay only £1,250 that price to included the deposit.They failed to send the invoice by email for a whole month & half, after over 12 attempts by us to request one by phone & email.he clearly did not want to give us that invoice at any time during the installation or the month & a half time that lapsed after the fact. Because he clearly could not remember the deal he had made with us.. or he got greedy and tried to keep the money owed.There was no communication from Darren by email until we were forced to inform him of our intent to do a chargeback to recover our stolen £500, if Darren wants to pretend that me doing that is blackmail, that's his choice childish as it is. Funny how we were completely ignored and brushed aside until we mentioned said chargeback at witch point Darren literally become aggressive and hostile via email simply because we stated the facts.. unfortunately Darren is the lie, trying to run around wearing the clothes of the truthWell here is the naked truthDarren would have you believe he is the victim but has to this date 14/4/2024 not returned the £500 deposit, Darren clearly suffers from a star of the show attitude probably caused by too much exposure to YouTube, he is lazy, his office was a mess I feel sorry for the staff their, working so hard, for somebody who clearly can not get his act together long enough to remember his deals, honour his word & do his paperwork properly. But it's ok the bank are on the case and we will get our £500 back.Apparently we are the scammers, when Darren is the one stealing money I mean wow mud slinging & slander.. Oucheverything is a conspiracy against Darren when he is in the wrong... Action fraud, the police & trading standards have been notified of his aggressive & dodgy trading activity 16/4/2024To the staff, you guys were awesome do your self a favour & find an employer who has more care of the business. I am sure there are one or two other competitors nearby who would love to give you guys work when his ship sinks & sink it will, customers like this need to be respected not ignored for months...
